Associate Director, Recruiting and Employer Engagement

Marissa is a Harvard College alumna from the class of 2008 and has been an integral part of the Recruiting and Employer Engagement team since she was a sophomore student worker. Marissa now brings her energy, enthusiasm, and understanding of the Harvard student experience to her role as Interim Senior Associate Director for Employer Engagement and Operations. One of Marissa’s primary responsibilities is overseeing MCS Recruiting and Employer Engagement, where she and her team work with over 500 employers and over 2,000 students each year, facilitating campus recruiting for full-time and summer internship opportunities. Marissa advises students interested in entertainment, media, sports, marketing, and advertising. She has attended the Harvardwood 101 entertainment bootcamp several times in LA and virtually and also organizes the Theatre, Media, and Entertainment Meet-Up each year. At Harvard College, Marissa lived in Dunster House, studied Economics and was active in Harvard Model United Nations (HNMUN) and the Catholic Student Association. Marissa received a Master’s in Higher Education from Boston College.
