Caroline serves as the inaugural Associate Director of Graduate Career Exploration for master’s and PhD candidates and recent alumni across Harvard Griffin GSAS interested in opportunities beyond academia.
Caroline joined the Mignone Center for Career Success in fall 2019. Prior to her role, Caroline served as the Director for Career and Academic Development at Fisher College in Boston and previously worked as the Acting Director of Student Services for Harvard Griffin GSAS, seeing firsthand the many unique and complex challenges graduate students navigate throughout their professional journeys. Caroline completed her undergraduate degree in English and Sociology from Providence College, holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Boston University.
