As the Executive Director, Deb oversees the operations of the Mignone Center.
Deb brings her extensive career services experience to provide leadership and guidance to MCS. Deb has been with MCS, formerly the Office of Career Services, since 2002, starting as the Recruiting Program Staff Assistant and serving most recently as the Senior Associate Director for Employer Relations and Operations. She has been instrumental in developing and executing the center’s vision and strategy, maximizing career offerings for Harvard students.
