
As Director of Academic Policy in the Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE), Sarah works closely with academic departments and colleagues across the College advancing the development and implementation of academic policy. She oversees undergraduate placement exams, the concurrent master’s degree program, the language requirement, and is involved in various initiatives related to undergraduate education and support.
Sarah received her Ph.D. in Higher Education from Boston College. She has also earned an M.Ed. in the Philosophy of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an M.A. in Philosophy from Boston College, and her B.A. in Philosophy and Women Studies from the University of New Hampshire. She has worked in various capacities in higher education, and has published on topics related to student support, belonging, and academic advising.
She loves spending time hiking in the woods of Maine, listening to the birds, and cooking a good vegan curry.
